我國多舉措促進內外貿一體化發展

China unveiled measures to advance the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade to help bolster the home market, with domestic and international circulations progressing smoothly, said a circular issued by the General Office of the State Council.
近日，國務院辦公廳印發《關于促進內外貿一體化發展的意見》，就促進內外貿一體化，形成強大國內市場，暢通國內國際雙循環作出部署。
To support trade integration, the circular stressed improving laws, regulations and supervisory rules, and further aligning domestic trading rules and standards with global ones.
《意見》提出多條促進內外貿一體化發展的舉措，包括：健全法律法規，完善監管體制，加強規則對接，促進標準認證銜接；
Efforts should be made to help companies, such as cross-border supply chain service providers, navigate operations in markets at home and abroad, the circular said.
支持跨國供應鏈服務企業等市場主體內外貿一體化經營；
Promoting integrated trade requires nurturing new business modes, such as digital development backed by modern information technology.
培育內外貿新業態新模式，充分利用現代信息技術，推動內外貿數字化發展；
Nurturing professionals with necessary skills will also be strengthened.
加強內外貿一體化專業人才培養培訓等。?
